TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing and using the pages in www.gerrysdelivery.com or any other world wide website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Prime Pacific Group Corp. (“PPGC”, “Gerry’s”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement or any amendment that we may introduce from time to time. Any participation in our Delivery Website will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not abide by the above, please do not use our services.

Delivery Area

Gerry’s offers online delivery services in Metro Manila and selected provincial locations. Changes and updates with our delivery coverage will come up as a notification or an e-mail to existing and signing-up users.

Making an Order

After ordering, you will be provided with a Reference Number which you can use to track your order, just contact our Customer Representative at #3321111 (toll-free).

Payment

For now, our Delivery Website only does payment upon delivery. You will have to pay in cash all fees and charges incurred in connection with your order, including any and all applicable taxes, at the rate in effect when the charges were incurred.

Availment of Senior Citizen / PWD Discount

If you are a senior citizen or a person with disability, you should understand that our delivery website is not yet equipped with a functionality which will allow you to avail of your discount when submitting product orders through our online services. Thus, if you wish to avail of your privileged discounts, you may order through our hotline #332-1111.

Changes in Order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please call #332-111. Gerry’s, however, has the right to refuse cancellation in case order has already been dispatched for delivery prior to receipt of your request. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may direct your concerns to the said contact details given. Cancellation should be done within the first five (5) minutes after order placement. You may also call our direct landline, #332-111, if you are not satisfied with your order.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery Time

We guarantee a delivery time of within an hour based on the time of confirmation of your order.

You understand that guaranteed delivery time of within an hour (60 minutes) only applies to transactions with limited orders amounting to a maximum of P3,500. Transaction amount of P3,500 and above (equivalent of more than ten orders) will be considered as a BULK ORDER and is not covered by guaranteed delivery time.

We also accept advanced orders if you wish to have your orders on time. We require at least two (2) hours before the time you want your order to get to you.

Product Availability

You understand and agree that our products are subject to availability at the time of delivery. If the products you order are not available, we may offer you a reasonable alternative product or equivalent quality and price, or we may advise you through phone call, SMS, or e-mail for alternative products. You understand that should you choose to order other products, this may affect the purchase price.

I.D. Validation

If a Senior Citizen (SC) or Person with Disability (PWD) discount was applied on the delivery transaction (through phone call, #332-1111), the SC or PWD card must be presented to our delivery rider for validation, and the SC or PWD must be physically present at the time and place of the delivery to sign the receipt.

The 20% discount will be based on the total cost of the most expensive single product that you will purchase.

Independence of Franchisees

While Prime Pacific Grill Corp. (PPGC) operates and controls this Delivery Website, we are not responsible for the operation of ALL Gerry’s restaurants in the Philippines. Many of the restaurants are instead owned and operated by independent franchisees and PPGC’s subsidiaries. Each restaurant is solely and independently responsible for its legal and regulatory compliance, for any issues relating to any food orders, supplies, and services, and for any employment-related matters in the restaurant.
